Earthpac Oy has acquired all Savopak Oy’s shares
The EP-group’s subsidiary Earthpac Oy has today signed an agreement with Olavi Räsänen Oy to purchase all Savopak Oy’s shares from Olavi Räsänen Oy. The transaction is expected to be implemented at the beginning of the year 2025.
This strategic acquisition supports EP-Pakkaus group’s growth targets. Both companies, Earthpac Oy and Savopak Oy, will continue to act as independent companies. The transaction will have no immediate effect on personnel, clients, or business partners.
